The Chief of Staff (CoS) is the strategic and operational right hand of the Principals, responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of the UHNW household's staffing, estate management, family logistics, and lifestyle support. The CoS ensures that the family’s life is run with seamless precision, discretion, and excellence, across all properties and touchpoints. Initially focus will be on building the organization, with vendors, SOPs and recruiting without interrupting current service levels.

The House Manager supports the daily operations of the principal’s residence and ensures the home runs smoothly and efficiently. This position assists with household staff coordination, vendors, and day-to-day activities while maintaining high service standards. The House Manager reports directly to the Property Manager and assists in implementing household procedures, schedules, and standards. This is a hands-on, service-oriented role that focuses on execution rather than high-level budget or project management.

The Director of Residences will serve as the first point of contact for all household operations across multiple properties, including a newly constructed Bay Area primary residence, and residences in Montana and Tahoe. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can oversee daily operations, manage staff and vendors, and ensure seamless functionality of all estate systems while fostering a five-star standard of service for the principals, guests, and family.

We are seeking a discreet, highly organized, and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth daily operations of a property in Thousand Oaks for a single gentleman and his family. This is a full-time role working closely with the Estate Manager, Housekeeper, and Houseman to ensure seamless coordination of household functions and top-tier service.
