Full Time(ish!) EA/PA Mandeville Canyon
A high-profile Principal in Los Angeles is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide seamless support in her private residence. This is not a traditional office role, but a dynamic position that requires warmth, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs. The Assistant will serve as the Principal’s right hand, ensuring her time, commitments, and household operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and contact organization.
Manage the Principal’s calendar and coordinate with external teams.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, reservations, ground transportation).
Handle personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, shipping/receiving, and gift purchasing.
Oversee deliveries, returns, and vendor appointments at the residence.
Organize closets and wardrobe, ensuring seasonal, travel, and event items are prepared and maintained.
Support tech needs (iPhone, laptop, apps, basic troubleshooting, and light assistance with social media filming).
Track important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions) and manage gifting/flowers.
Process vendor payments, track invoices, and maintain accurate household records.
Partner with the housekeeper to oversee household inventory and restocking.
Maintain updated vendor and emergency contact lists.
Provide pet care, including daily dog walks (must be comfortable with animals).
Assist with special projects, events, and day-to-day household support.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a private residence or supporting a high-profile individual.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; tech-savvy with iPhone and app-based tools.
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to serve as a confident gatekeeper of time.
Professional, approachable, and warm demeanor.
Must love dogs and be comfortable around horses.
Exercises the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Background in fashion is a plus, with the ability to assist with sample/fabric pickups and coordination with a production manager as needed.

Schedule/Comp
Mon - Fri 8 AM - 3 PM, often times 2 PM. 80k base salary DOE.
