Family Assistant/2nd Assistant in Westwood

We are looking for a Family Assistant/2nd Assistant in Westwood. The family is flexible for part-time or full-time. The exact schedule is flexible, but they are looking for more late afternoon/evening/night time assistance and any weekend hours you're available for. 

Sample FT schedule:

  • Mon-Fri: 2pm-10pm

  • Mon-Thu: 2pm-10pm and either Fri/Sat/Sun (flexible hours)

For part-time, they are open to someone coming in just a few days out of the week. The most important thing is that you connect with their 12 year old. The ideal candidate is sporty and can talk sports with their son.

Responsibilities include:

  • School pick up/transporting child to activities

  • Entertaining the child and keeping him occupied

  • Assisting the Executive Personal Assistant with any tasks required (i.e. spreadsheets, research, etc.)

  • Light tidying/organizing (putting laundry away, emptying dishwasher, etc.)

  • Light errands

  • Light cooking/meal prep is a BONUS

Salary: $35/hr
