Property Manager in Carbon Beach

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Manager for a 9500 sq. ft. short term rental that recently completed extensive construction and remodeling. This high-tech smart home will require a new house manual and a point person to liaise with management in the UK and all guest related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have local experience managing similar properties with a network of existing vendors for any issues that may arise. Must have 3-5 years experience and verifiable references. No current bookings, two week booking minimum. Compensation - DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate all cleaning including periodic deep cleans

  • Co-ordinate all laundry

  • Co-ordinate all maintenance and call outs

  • Co-ordinate window cleaning and waste disposal

  • Replace any breakages or missing inventory

  • 24 hour call out – you would be the key holder and respond to any alarm call outs when required in addition to respond to all call outs from guests when in residence

  • Co-ordinate all supplies for guests - any welcome packs, toiletries, cleaning supplies

  • Meet and greet arrival guests and walk through the property explaining how everything operates

  • Available for show rounds for potential guests

  • Provide guests with a contact number to call with any enquiries pre-arrival and whilst in-house

  • Contact guests prior to arrival to welcome them and arrange their arrival/access to the house

  • Weekly check on the house when it is vacant

  • Monitor consumables and ensure stocked at all times – slippers, toiletries, toilet paper, kitchen consumables etc

  • Provide access to the house for visiting work personnel

  • Ad hoc jobs such as take meter readings, get quotes for jobs such as oven deep cleans

  • Lock/secure house post visits

  • Eyes and ears for the property letting us know of any damage, problems so we can arrange repairs

  • Check the property after each departure for any damage so we can refund the security deposits

  • Accept deliveries and take to the house – as required

  • Check the house post clean/change over before next guests arrive

  • Hold a strong contact list of local reliable suppliers to call upon, who can react to emergency maintenance issues promptly
