Part Time House Manager/PA in Encino Hills (High-Profile Entertainer)
We have a lovely high profile client who just moved into their brand new 5500 sq. ft. residence in Encino Hills looking for their very first House Manager/PA to help streamline all home and domestic matters. The residence is occupied by three adult women and three children, our client has a team of three nanny's and one full-time PA who handles more day-to-day, scheduling, calendaring and executive tasks.
We are looking for an experienced professional to come in and create a house manual. The ideal candidate will be organized and autonomous, a tech savvy individual who can ensure security systems, cameras and smart home technology are functioning properly. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who will ensure the home is always staged appropriately and kept in hotel-like condition. You will be the point person for vendors, housekeeping, etc.
Trust and discretion are paramount, our client is looking to establish a long term professional relationship. Our client believes this will require three days on property (flexible on days), but is open to our feedback. This could be great for an individual working part-time at a residence nearby. Salary DOE and commensurate with previous experience.
