Full Time Traveling PA to UHNW Individual

We are looking for a highly dependable, caring, and motivated personal assistant for an UHNW Professional who is looking for his right hand. Our client is based in Puerto Rico where he spends about three months of the year, he spends roughly an additional three months traveling in the US and the remaining six months traveling abroad. Our client runs his family office that operates smoothly, this role will be almost entirely personal. When traveling, our client usually splits his time between long term stays in houses and doing shorter trips at hotels/villas. He has a team of three remote assistants (2 in PR, 1 in Texas), who help with various administrative tasks. We are looking for a more Senior or Executive PA who these assistants (and other personal staff such a chefs) can report to, allowing information to be disseminated appropriately and efficiently. You can anticipate traveling roughly 75% of the year, although our client is mindful and not looking to burn anyone out! Current assistants may be filling for relief. The ideal candidate will be a hyper-organized, detail-oriented professional who help elevate and streamline our client’s life. By all accounts, this is an individual who values those he's close with in both his personal and professional life. We are looking for a great long-term fit. Salary will be DOE (200k+) with a full benefit package.
