Overview:
An accomplished and discreet Estate Manager is sought to oversee the operations of three modern, luxury residences for an UHNW entrepreneur. The primary residence is a 5,000 sq. ft. beachfront property in Western Malibu, with additional 8,000 sq. ft. homes in Beverly Hills and Miami. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and autonomous professional with exceptional attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Oversight: Manage and maintain all aspects of three luxury residences, ensuring each property is impeccably maintained, secure, and guest-ready at all times.

  • Staff Management: Oversee and coordinate housekeepers at each location; foster clear communication and consistent standards across all properties.

  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Schedule and supervise vendors for maintenance, landscaping, security, and technical systems; ensure all work meets the highest standards.

  • Smart Home Systems: Oversee the operation and upkeep of advanced home automation systems (lighting, climate control, AV, security, etc.); liaise with tech support as needed.

  • Remote Management (Miami): Manage the Miami property remotely; conduct regular virtual check-ins with local staff and vendors. Occasional travel may be required.

  • Budgeting & Administration: Manage household budgets, invoices, and expenses; maintain records and track service schedules, warranties, and inventories.

  • Event & Guest Support: Coordinate with the principal and/or executive assistant for visits, guests, and private gatherings, ensuring seamless service and discretion.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all systems, appliances, and structures.

  • Autonomous Operations: Operate independently, anticipating needs and resolving issues with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent communication with the principal.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing high-end private estates or multiple luxury properties.

  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and vendors effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of smart home technologies and modern household systems.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly professional, discreet, and comfortable working in UHNW environments.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in household management software, digital record-keeping, and scheduling tools.

  • Based in the Los Angeles area with reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional travel.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional after-hours needs.
