Rotational Nannies in Venice (two newborns)

We are looking for two Rotational Nannies for two newborns (one arriving in May and the other in August) in Venice. The schedule will be one week on/one week off. Must be able to travel with the family domestically and internationally. Frequent travel to their home in San Francisco. These are first time parents. They are looking for someone who can offer gentle guidance but also take direction well. You should have an understanding of when to let parents have family time and when to step up. Must have extensive experience with newborns, ROTA experience, experience traveling with families, and HNW experience.  Must love dogs.
