Property Manager in Brentwood
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Confidential and private family is seeking a dynamic, versatile, and highly motivated individual to join the team as a Property Manager, overseeing general daily operations of several homes. Must be ready to pivot to different needs throughout the day, be extremely resourceful in solving problems and situations, and possess a true service mindset. Demonstrate enthusiasm, superior organizational skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. A “no job is too big or too small” attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of maintaining “5 star” properties
Manage household staff (chef, housekeepers, and a maintenance person), as well as landscaping and security services, with a cheerful and professional attitude
Lead all house projects, including landscape and home improvement and renovations
Maintain all aspects of homes, including maintenance schedules, sourcing, and budgeting and managing vendors
Knowledge of Savant, Crestron and Lutron systems
Keep and maintain on-going lists of repairs, projects etc. and check frequently; resolve and complete timely
Ensure day-to-day flow of life is always managed, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
Maintain and update home manuals
Collaborate with Executive Assistants and other staff to ensure smooth logistics and transitions
Maintain inventory systems for food / supplies ordering and organization
Oversee all events, large and small
Ensure appropriate security protocols are followed
Coordinate with accounting staff on property-related invoices and staff payroll
Dog care (vet appointments, food & medicine, etc.)
Some driving and errand running

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property or Estate Manager
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Tech savvy with strong knowledge of Mac; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Clean background check and driving record
Must be fully vaccinated
