About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and engaged father of three based in Hermosa Beach. Client has taken a more passive Board Member role for the company he started. This is a newly created, part-time hybrid role that could evolve with the right candidate. The position involves a combination of family-related support and light executive assistance, with approximately 80% of the tasks focused on family and household coordination and 20% on professional matters.
The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, adaptable, and thrives in a fluid environment. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful working relationship and grow with the role as the client’s personal and professional needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Family & Household Support (Primary Focus):
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for three children (including school activities, appointments, and travel).
• Liaise with multiple nannies to ensure seamless daily operations and communication.
• Oversee pet-related responsibilities for three dogs and two kittens (vet visits, grooming, supplies, etc.).
• Assist with household management across multiple residences (Hermosa Beach, Mexico, and Colorado), including travel preparation and vendor coordination.
• Manage family calendar and reminders for key dates (birthdays, appointments, school events, etc.).
• Handle errands, purchases, and other administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
Executive Assistance (Approx. 20%):
• Light calendar management and scheduling for professional commitments.
• Occasional assistance with board-related logistics or business correspondence.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
