Hybrid Personal Assistant in San Francisco (the Marina)

We're looking for a Hybrid Personal Assistant for a busy family in the Marina in SF. Looking for someone to come in-person 3 days/week (8:30am-4:30pm) and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate is easy to talk with, has a light footprint, and has a "no task too big or too small" mentality.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Household organization and tidying

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments

  • Schedule vendors/contractors

  • Manage bills and pay vendors

  • Mail/package care and returns

  • Inventory management (ordering & restocking)

  • Manage food/drinks in fridges/pantry

  • Grocery shopping 2x/week

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Manage and organize documents

  • Vehicle maintenance

  • Some laundry

  • Take trash bins in/out and clean out trash bins 1x/month

  • Dog care (clean water bowl, bathe 1x/month, occasional waste disposal, and schedule vet)

  • Plant care

  • Gift purchasing/wrapping

  • Assist with holiday decorations

  • Errands

Salary: DOE + full benefits (medical, dental, & vision)
