Executive Housekeeper in San Francisco (the Marina)

We're looking for an Executive Housekeeper for a 4k sqft residence in the Marina in SF. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. The family consists of two adults, 2 young children, and a dog. The ideal candidate has a light footprint and a "no task too big or too small" mentality. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Daily cleaning and tidying

  • Household organization

  • Laundry

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

  • Scheduling vendors/contractors

  • Managing bills and paying vendors

  • Mail/package care and returns

  • Inventory management (ordering & restocking)

  • Managing food/drinks in fridges/pantry

  • Grocery shopping 2x/week

  • Vehicle maintenance

  • Cleaning out trash bins 1x/month

  • Dog care (clean water bowl, bathe 1x/month, occasional waste disposal, and scheduling vet)

  • Plant care

  • Gift purchasing/wrapping

  • Assisting with holiday decorations

  • Errands

 

Salary: DOE + full benefits (medical, dental, & vision)
