House Manager in San Francisco
We are looking for a smart, hands-on House Manager to join a great team in taking care of and overseeing a multi-level home in Noe Valley, San Francisco. Typical hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, but requires flexibility. Seeking someone who is open to learning and growing, some house managing experience is a plus. If you’re not needed on property, you can work remotely, so must be self-motivated.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Keeping the house organized and well run
Overseeing vendors/service providers
Light tidying/housekeeping/organizing, i.e. unloading a dishwasher, taking trash to curb on a weekly basis. There’s a housekeeping service in place for regular cleanings that you may help oversee.
Supervising and managing renovations/construction
Interior decorating
Light plant care, such as watering plants
Research
Sorting through mail and assisting with bill paying
Keeping the household inventory well stocked
Helping with scheduling and coordinating calendars with other team members
Responsible for care of principals’ cars, such as fueling, car washes, and scheduling maintenance
Possibility of travel
Proactively pitching in wherever help is needed with big/small tasks, i.e. reheating food prepared by Chef for principals, planning events/outings, etc
Light care for friendly small-medium dog (walks, vet, groomers)
Requirements:
Ability to work well with others in the home (principals, staff, children) as well as remote coworkers

Comfortable with spreadsheets
Loves dogs
Covid-vaccinated
Valid driver’s license and car to run occasional errands
Legally allowed to work in the U.S.
