Position Title: Full-Time Nanny

Location: Key Biscayne, FL

Schedule: Rotational (Full-time, schedule TBD - 40 hour work week, occasional OT & Travel), working in tandem with another Nanny

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits, DOE

Languages: Fluent in English; Russian fluency strongly preferred

Overview:

An UHNW family of four based in Key Biscayne is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly professional Full-Time Nanny to care for their 2-year-old child and infant. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, discreet, and highly adaptable, with previous experience supporting high-profile or private families. The position requires flexibility, the ability to work in coordination with a second Nanny, and a passion for child development.

This is a travel-ready role; the family frequently travels both domestically and internationally, and the Nanny should be comfortable and experienced navigating a dynamic, mobile lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, high-quality care for both children, with a focus on developmental milestones, age-appropriate activities, and emotional support

  • Coordinate daily routines, including meals, naps, schoolwork, playtime, and extracurricular activities

  • Travel with the family as needed (domestic & international); pack/unpack for children, maintain routines while traveling

  • Manage all aspects of the children’s environments—closets, toys, supplies, etc.

  • Collaborate with the second Nanny to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions between shifts

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children’s development, routines, and needs

  • Support occasional evening or weekend care, depending on family schedule

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Nanny in a private household; experience with infants and school-age children required

  • Prior experience working in UHNW households and with fully staffed teams

  • Fluent in English; Russian fluency highly preferred

  • Passport-ready and comfortable with frequent travel

  • Up to date on infant/child CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong understanding of childhood development and positive discipline approaches

  • Energetic, flexible, organized, and team-oriented

  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional at all times
