Full Time Housekeeper in Bel-Air (Weekends Included)

We are seeking an exceptional Full Charge Housekeeper to join the team of a fully staffed, large, and modern private residence in Bel-Air. Schedule will be Thur-Mon 8am-4pm. You will be joining a dedicated team of three other housekeepers, reporting directly to the Lead Housekeeper and Estate Manager. The principals are a younger tech couple who are respectful and direct. This role is ideal for a discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and understands the importance of a “light footprint” in a private home. The ideal candidate will be an expert cleaner with top-tier attention to detail and a knowledge of caring for fine furnishings, various surfaces, and specialty materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping of a large modern residence, including deep cleaning, tidying, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation across all interior spaces

• Care and proper cleaning of high-end clothing, delicate surfaces, specialty upholstery, and fine furnishings

• Laundry duties including washing, ironing, folding, steaming, and wardrobe organization as needed

• Working in sync with fellow housekeepers to ensure efficient, coordinated cleaning coverage

• Following instructions from the Lead Housekeeper and Estate Manager with professionalism and precision

• Occasional evening or alternate day coverage, as needed (flexibility is a must)

• Pet-friendly mindset; must be comfortable with dogs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end private residence

• Exceptional attention to detail and deep knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Discreet, respectful, and able to maintain strict confidentiality

• Ability to take direction well and adapt to changing priorities with grace

• Flexible with scheduling, especially for occasional evening or coverage shifts

• Comfortable with travel as needed, primarily to the Bay Area

• OK with dogs

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40 – $45 per hour, commensurate with experience
