P/T Housekeeper Malibu Rd. (2 days/month)

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy housekeeper for an Estate Manager who oversees a 7k sq. ft. residence on Malibu Rd. for clients who are based in another state. The house remains mostly unoccupied but will require biweekly cleanings, full 8 hour days. Our client is reasonable flexible regarding the long term schedule an hours for a capable and honest professional. Given this role is mostly 16 hours/month, this is ideal for candidates working part time or full time in Malibu already. MUST be a diligent, autonomous and detail oriented housekeeper who can keep the residence clean, tidy and organized. When the clients are in town, the Estate Manager may request extra hours for maintaining the residence while it is occupied. $40 - $45/hour cash.
