Part-Time Weekend Family Assistant in Santa Monica

We have a lovely older client with a 15 year old grandson who comes to stay every other weekend. We are looking for someone to work weekends and drive him to activities. On the weekends he is not here, you will help with errands and other tasks that get leftover from the week.

Days: Thursday-Sunday 

Hours: 7:30 - 3:30, flexibility on hours when grandson is in town.

Most Important

• Someone who is responsible.

• Has a valid driver’s license and is a safe driver.

Family Assistant Responsibilities

• Drive the 15 year old to tennis practice and other activities

• Order food/meals for him as needed

• Stock snacks he likes

• Check if he has any homework he needs to complete

• Order any supplies he needs for tennis

House Assistant Responsibilities

• Make appointments/reservations as needed.

• Managing weekend instacart and food deliveries.

• Errands.

• Make purchases and handle returns (including boxing items and taking them to post office/UPS/FedEx).

• Drive to and from various appointments and meetings, as needed/occasional.
