Part-Time Personal/Household Assistant in West Hollywood (2 days/week)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Personal/Household Assistant for a young couple in West Hollywood. Schedule will be 2 days/week, 5-8hrs/day (Tue & Fri preferred). 

The ideal candidate loves organization, is fast to get things done, is intuitive/anticipates needs, and generally helps out with whatever is needed. Looking for someone who is multifaceted that will roll back their sleeves, has a positive, can-do attitude, persistent, steps ahead, great communicator, fantastic researcher, light-hearted, thick skinned, doesn’t take things personally and is ready to hit the ground running. Looking for someone that works quickly and efficiently with a sweet demeanor.

Duties:

• Laundry (probably #1 thing you need to get right) - separating whites and colors, hanging clothes that can't be tumbled dried, reading tags, understanding what needs to be dry cleaned, etc.

• Prepare the house for guests (guests need to be pampered, towels laid out, room to have little gifts in it)

• Inventory management of house/fridge/pantry and restocking as needed

• Schedule personal appointments and calendar management for both principals (medical, car maintenance, social plans, etc.)

• Schedule and supervise vendors/contractors

• Keep spaces organized, including office, closet, and files

• Manage shipping returns and other errands such as shopping, dry cleaning runs, post office, etc.

• Order, wrap and ship gifts/packages for principals and the business

• Pack and unpack for travel

• Light tidying (Housekeepers come 2x week)

• Light household organization

Salary: $30-$35/hr, cash
