Part Time PA in Beverly Hills (Bird Streets)

We are looking for a proactive PA for an UHNW couple who splits their time between Texas and Beverly Hills. This role will not require travel but will require some remote coordination! Must be a pet lover, our client has three rescue dogs and a cat. Our client's are flexible regarding the schedule but are anticipating 10-20 hours of work weekly. Salary will be $40 - $45/hour DOE. Trust and discretion are paramount!

Our client's are involved in oil and gas, they sit on boards and are involved in various charities. They have children and grandchildren who visit. They host various holidays, dinners and events at their home. We are looking for a self starter who can take on various projects around the home. Party planning, scheduling, gifting, pet-care, marketing, dry cleaning, organization projects and other errands. Ideally someone tech savvy with a eye for detail capable of organizing photos digitally, creating Christmas cards, charity event invites, etc. Clients will be selling their property in Texas and splitting time between here and Vegas soon.
