Part-Time Nanny in Santa Monica

We’re looking for an energetic Part-Time Nanny to join a family of 4 in Santa Monica. Children are 20 months & 3 years. The older child goes to school full-time, so you’ll only be with the younger child during the week (both children on the weekends). The family is looking for someone to come 20-24hrs/week, preferably Mon/Wed/Fri 11am/12pm-6pm and half a weekend day (plus occasional date night babysitting). If you can’t do these exact days/hours, the family can be flexible for the right fit. The ideal candidate is familiar with RIE philosophy (no screens, lots of outdoor activities) and is passionate about children with a genuine interest in childcare. Looking for someone who can help nurture both children’s developments with an emphasis on creativity, independence, and spending time outside. Must be reliable, clean, and have long tenures in previous roles. Family has one small dog.

Salary: $35/hr
