Part-Time Housekeeper in Thousand Oaks (1 day/week)

We're looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper for a 6k sqft residence in Thousand Oaks. Most of the house is not used much anymore and the client is a minimalist/anti-clutter. The family consists of 2 principals and a dog. Looking for someone to come once a week, flexible on which day (8hrs/day). Would need the day to be consistent each week. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and organizing. Must have experience with different types of materials (marble, granite, hard wood, etc.). Must possess strong English skills. The client is super lovely and kind - she'd be wonderful to work for!

Salary: $35-$40/hr, cash
