Part Time House Manager/PA Atherton

A private family in Atherton, California is seeking an experienced part-time House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of their estate and provide comprehensive personal support to two professionals and their family. This highly visible, hands-on role will serve as the primary point of contact for all household matters, including vendor management, property maintenance, household projects, inventory and procurement, package and delivery coordination, invoice review, and ongoing estate operations. The position also includes family office and personal assistant responsibilities such as managing calendars and important deadlines, organizing records and documentation, coordinating domestic and international travel, assisting with childcare logistics, event planning, gifting, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting UHNW families, possess exceptional organizational and project management skills, be resourceful, discreet, tech-savvy, and capable of creating systems and processes that keep a busy household running efficiently with minimal oversight.
