Our client in Mid-City is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated, smart, and extremely organized.
Responsibilities include:
Managing phones & emails
Maintaining e-files/internal database
Calendar management & scheduling
Relationship-building
General requirements:
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Zoom, WordPress, etc.)
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
