Full-Time Family Assistant/Nanny in Brentwood (3 days/week)

We’re looking for a Full-Time Family Assistant/Nanny for 2 boys (ages 7 & 10) in Brentwood. Schedule is Mon-Wed 7am-7pm. Domestic and international travel expected. For 3 weeks in July/August, you'll be in Santa Barbara. Family Assistant duties include: grocery shopping, organizing, inventory management, restocking, car maintenance, general upkeep of the house, and errands. Nanny duties include: school pick-up/drop-off, transporting children to activities, homework assistance, enforcing house rules/chores, facilitating meal times/bedtime routine, tidying up after the kids, and communicating with parents. Looking for someone with high executive function that can tend to the needs of the family and work in a team with the Estate Manager and Housekeepers to maintain the household. The family is looking for longevity and consistency in the boys’ lives, so we need someone who is truly committed to this work. This is not a passive position by any means and will require 100% engagement when working. Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and can make executive decisions.

Salary: $35/hr + OT pay + full benefits
