Full Time Touring PA in Malibu

We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant to a touring artist based in Malibu. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a team spirited collaborate environment. We are looking for someone sharp with a high emotional IQ and a no task too big or small mentality.

Our client will be starting a two month tour in April (EU & US, some dates in the summer as well) and you will function as her right hand. You will be liaising with management and team to ensure all needs are met and appointments are made. Ability to anticipate needs and remain two steps ahead. You will be responsible for calendar management, errand running, scheduling, social media assistance, etc. Salary 85k-95k DOE.
