Full-Time Personal Assistant in Newport Beach

We are looking for a Full-Time Personal Assistant to a Philanthropist (among other things) based in Newport Beach with an additional residence in New York. Client travels often, would be a bonus if you are open to traveling with. Our client is looking for her right hand person to keep her on task with all things personal. Our client has an Exec. Assistant, two Housekeepers, and a Driver that you will liaise with. 

The right match will have previous UHNW assistant experience and a no task too big or too small mentality. You will be responsible for scheduling, ordering, errands and coordinating travel. Our client enjoys the finer things, but by all accounts is quite "low key." This could almost be considered a companion role. Salary DOE.
