Full-Time Personal Assistant in Brentwood (for a dog lover!)

We are looking for a Full-Time Personal Assistant for one Principal and her bullmastiff in Brentwood. You will be responsible for the principal’s personal affairs, care of her dog, and overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the residence. The principal seems awesome to work for - her previous PA was with her for 12 years!

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Cooking for and feeding the dog

• Light cooking for the Principal

• Taking the dog on at least one walk per day

• Taking the dog to the vet

• Buying provisions for the dog, the principal, and the home

• Scheduling and overseeing workers in the residences for maintenance and upkeep

• Managing housekeepers

• Occasional dog sitting

The ideal candidate:

• has a good amount of prior domestic PA experience

• loves dogs

• can work independently

• is resourceful

• knows LA well

• wouldn't mind a bit of travel

• has a "can-do" attitude and is flexible in the definition of their duties (she would never ask her PA to do something she wouldn't do herself. The job is predictable but also varies day-to-day. Essentially, the PA is responsible for taking care of the principal and her dog on a personal level -- whatever that entails for any given day.)
