Full-Time Housekeeper in Santa Monica/Brentwood

Looking for a long-term Full-Time Housekeeper in Santa Monica and Brentwood. The Santa Monica residence is a 3,800 sq ft beach home belonging to a lovely couple that we have worked with in the past. One or two of their adult children will be staying with them in the summer, but it will typically just be the couple. The Brentwood residence belongs to the principal's mother-in-law and is 4,700 sq ft. 

Schedule will be Sat, Sun, and any 3 weekdays. Ideal hours are 12pm-8pm, but can  be flexible. 

Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, detailed cleaning, laundry & ironing, maintaining the outdoor area/furniture, cleaning the litter box, some light cooking, and grocery shopping.
