Full-Time Housekeeper in Bel-Air

We're looking for a Housekeeper to join a team of 2 other Housekeepers in a fully-staffed 10k sqft residence in Bel-Air. This is for an extremely busy household consisting of an older couple and 2 large German Shepherds. Housekeeper is responsible for all aspects of housekeeping, overall appearance of the house, taking care of Principals' needs, and running errands as needed.

GENERAL:

• Working hours vary – Typically Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, occasional evenings/weekends

• When the family is present, must wear black and white attire including collar shirt during working hours. No short shorts (knee shorts ok), water shoes, or flip flops at anytime

• Advise House Supervisor before ending your shift daily

• General interior walk-through of the house every morning upon arrival

• Thorough walk-through of your assigned areas every Friday

• Pool: sitting area, bar plus floors/furniture, all patio areas

• Master Suite (bedroom, restroom, closets, & hallway)

• Guest Suites: sitting area, bedroom, both restrooms, furniture, and closets

• General cleaning of hallway floors – art, pictures, & windowsills

• Reception area

• Make a final walk-through before end of shift daily

• Windowsills in all areas must be cleaned weekly

• Help pack and unpack before/after trips

• Laundry/ironing/storage

• Stock rooms with all necessary items (water, toilet paper, etc)

• Organize kids’ shelves/closets/desks

• Runs errands as directed: airport, alterations, shoe repair

• Answer phones/gate when needed

• Support Chef when needed

• Collect mail

• Close and secure all doors/gates before leaving

• Follow Rules of Acceptable and professional conduct

Salary: $35/hr + Full Benefits (including dental) + 401k
