We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Facilities Manager for a fully-staffed 18k sq ft residence in Holmby Hills. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with flexibility for weekends/events. Availability to work weekends is a huge plus! Responsibilities include routine cosmetic maintenance, troubleshooting basic HVAC issues, electrical/plumbing, and working closely with pool/landscaping vendors. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented high-level Handyman with estate experience.

Salary: $43-$45/hr + Benefits
