Full-Time Executive Housekeeper in Brentwood

We are looking for a polished, experienced, meticulous, and professional Executive Housekeeper in Brentwood. You will be joining a terrific team at a fast-paced and busy household of a prominent family. Schedule is Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, with opportunities for overtime.

This is a leadership role focused on leading the current team with projects and special requests coming from the lady of the house. You will be overseeing the organization and stock of supplies in the house. The house requires high standards of cleanliness. There are many operating procedures that work well and must be followed to keep the family happy and organized. The position is an extension of the larger housekeeping team. It will involve the cleaning of the master bedroom, other family members' bedrooms and different areas of the house. This role will work closely with the House Manager and directly with the Principals to oversee packing for all trips and special projects while the family is away.

Must be a dog lover. Part of the job duty is to feed, walk and provide dogs with specific medication and supplements. There are 3 friendly and amazing dogs at the house.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong eye for detail

• Positive can-do attitude

• Taking the initiative and working independently

• An upbeat and happy service-oriented demeanor

• Ability to understand professional boundaries and private space

• Experience in large luxury homes and/or five-star hotels is preferred but not required

• Great with kids

• Comfortable accepting constructive feedback from management and the Principals directly

• Daily communication with team members via whatsapp, group, and picture messaging

• Answering phones, opening boxes and gate operation

• Fluent English is preferred but not required

• Must have icalendar or iphone to be added to the family calendar

The Executive Housekeeper will report to the lady of the house as well as the House Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the entire team.

Compensation: $35-$40/hr DOE + Benefits. Overtime pay is offered and regularly available
