Full Time Executive Housekeeper in Beverly Hills

In search of a long-term, full-time housekeeper to eventual house manager.

  • This position will replace our previous house manager of 17 years.

  • Two adult occupants are in the house full-time with adult children and grandchildren that visit periodically.

  • The home is 3-story, 3-bedroom w/maid’s quarter, 8 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 6700 sq ft.

  • The Client is staffed with a Personal Chef, Groundskeeper/Driver and Executive/Personal Assistant.

  • Aside from general cleaning duties as listed below, the candidate will be expected to assist with the following:

    • Answer the phone, greet guests at the door and escort them thru the house in a clear and professional manner.

    • Keep stocked all necessary cleaning equipment and solutions within the house.

    • Keep stocked all necessary toiletries and OTC medication within the house.

    • Accept and properly store mail and delivery boxes at the house.

    • Contact & schedule service/repair vendors for items/equipment within the house.

    • On occasion, help with personal shopping and returns.

    • Every once in a while serve lunch and/or evening dinners with guests such as:

      • business associates,

      • friends of the family, and

      • family members.

    • Every once in a while, help with large friends and family gatherings.

Cleaning Duties

  • Bathroom cleaning,

  • General room cleaning,

  • Oven cleaning,

  • Cabinet cleaning,

  • Carpet cleaning,

  • Laundry,

  • Vacuuming and mopping,

  • Kitchen cleaning,

  • Changing bed linens,

  • Refrigerator cleaning,

  • Window washing,

  • Wall washing,

  • Dusting,

  • Ironing,

  • Organization (beyond standard tidying)

Schedule will be Mon - Fri (family flexible if preference is Tue - Sat) Occasional flexibility needed.
