1 Day/Week Housekeeper in Thousand Oaks

We're looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper for a 6k sqft residence in Thousand Oaks. Most of the house is not used much anymore and the client is a minimalist/anti-clutter. The family consists of 2 principals and a dog. Looking for someone to come once a week (8hrs/day), flexible on which day, but weekday preferred. Would need the day to be consistent each week. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and organizing. The ideal candidate is professional, respects boundaries, and takes direction well. Must have experience with different types of materials (marble, granite, hard wood, etc.), luxury items, and fine finishings. Must be discreet and fluent in English. The client is super lovely and kind - she'd be wonderful to work for!

Salary: $40/hr, cash
